Job description
I help ensure Sole Technology leads the way with environmentally-friendly skateboarding shoes and products. This involves working directly with the factories and material suppliers to ensure Sole Technology uses the best green alternatives when possible.
What have you accomplished at the Sole Technology Institute so far?
I converted most Sole Technology factory construction processes to water-based adhesives, standardized Sole Technology’s rubber and EVA formulas and built an RSL list.
What do you hope to accomplish in the future?
To get Sole Technology a green rubber compound and finish converting their factories to water-based technologies.
What do you like about working at the Sole Technology Institute?
It reminds me of working at Nike in its younger days.
